WRESTIVAL ran as a bi-annual festival at the Pleasance between 2022-24 bringing together a program of groundbreaking work that centres on the spectacle of live wrestling. 6 different shows will share the ring over 3 days, combining cabaret, drag, politics, theatre & wrestling in one space. WRESTIVAL presents different approaches to ring-based violence; & puts less represented wrestlers firmly at the centre of the stage.
